  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

Because our peptides are research-use materials, we cannot verify storage conditions or product integrity once items leave our facility.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While returns and refunds are not accepted, if your order arrives:
